蒜头煎时勺子不断翻动防焦,两分钟够了
油少放,否则汤色不好看
鸡肉炒后加开水小火煮15分钟(时间少点也许鸡肉更嫩,10分钟也可以)
如要放豆腐应少放,豆腐味道完全掩盖住蒜味.
去除汤上泡沫
最后可加香菜,胡椒粉
